What is pre-approval?
The Pre-Approval Analysis is the first step in pre-qualifying for a home loan with PMZ Home Loans. When you pre-qualify, we compile information on your credit, assets and debts. Based on this information, we will calculate how much you can borrow.

What information do I need?
When pre-qualifying with a PMZ Home Loans loan officer, you will need two years of income and work history for the Borrower and Co-Borrower, as well as simple information about your debts and expenses.

A PMZ Home Loans Pre-Approval Analysis is not a commitment to lend. You will be required to submit additional information as part of the loan application process.
